After completing his business administration degree, Michael began his career in 1996 as a management consultant in various well-known companies. In 2009, he joined BCN as CFO and was later promoted to Director of Finance & Operations. In 2016, AdTech Factory was founded. Michael is now Managing Director and chief ideas provider. He is a passionate perfectionist and numbers nerd for corporate development and brings a breath of fresh air to the advertising industry and our happy clients.

For Julian, digitization has been making his day for almost 20 years now. During this time, the trained banker and economist managed manifold projects in the context of digital transformation first in the METRO group, then agencies such as Sapient, and then on a self-employed basis for 10 years. His strengths lie not only in his sound know-how, but also in his ability to enthuse customers and colleagues for a cause and successfully take them on the ride during project implementation. As a passionate musician, Julian always knows how to set the right tone.

In over 20 years of working for Burda, Antje got to know almost all areas of the media business – and she also helped develop them over the years. From market research, marketing and media consulting through brand management. As Head of Ad Management, she and her team are responsible for the entire Data and Scheduling Management – from incoming orders through client conditions and invoicing.

The sociology graduate has over 20 years' experience and success in the field of media. As Head of Creative Services, Nadine and her 25-strong team take care of product placement and spectacular ad specials that are the right fit for the customer.

As Director Ad Operations, Alexander is dealing with ever-changing challenges, new and innovative products and technologies on a daily basis. And, as a matter of fact, he loves both. This is no surprise because Alexander has been working in the field of online marketing since 1995, and doing so, he acquired numerous skills that he could implement at ProSiebenSat.1, AOL and United Internet, among others. In his private life, he sits just as firmly in the saddle – enjoying horseback riding in his leisure time.

As a trained historian, computer scientist and experienced digital manager, Heiner is predestined to build technological bridges from the past into the future. And being a passionate runner, swimmer and mountain climber, Heiner knows that perseverance always pays off in the end.
